Day 01: Arrival IGI, Airport

Today arrival New Delhi, the capital city of India. Upon your arrival, you will be met by our VUE India representative at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. After a warm welcome, transfer to your hotel for the stay.

We recommend spend some time on rest on this day to acclimatize yourself so that you can enjoy your vacations in India!.

Today you will meet your tour manager and he will hand over all the travel documents to you, and if you wish you can also visit some places nearby to your hotel for some photography of the city!!!

Enjoy a short drive pass through Rajpath area and see President's House, Parliament House and other Government Secretariat Buildings -the most imposing features of Lutyen's Delhi and also take a brief photo stop at the iconic formerly known as the all India war memorial arch - the India Gate, stands as a memorial to 84,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who died in the First World War, and National War Memorial India next to the India gate a monument built to honor and remember soldiers of the Indian military who fought in armed conflicts of independent India.

Day 02: Discover Delhi

Today enjoy the day while discovering Delhi, Start this morning with visiting the majestic Red Fort spread over an area of 2 km and also have a secrete 300 years old bazaar "market" inside, a long passage way that contains a bazaar and is set within an arched passage. Presently known as 'Chhatta Chowk Bazaar' or 'Meena Bazaar', this bazaar earlier was known as 'Bazaar-i-Musaqqaf' (the market with 'saqaf' means roof) or 'Chhattabazaar' (a roofed market).

Then visit India's largest mosque - Jama Masjid, travel through the bustling market and take a cycle Rickshaw ride through narrow alleys and lanes in Chandni Chowk. Apart from all this you will also get opportunity to enjoy a walking tour with your guide through the largest spice market in Asia called Khari Baoli along with some local area.

Later visit Agrasen Ki Baoli is the oldest monument of central Delhi and is, by far, one of the most preserved Baolis of the city. It is located near Connaught Place.

Then you will have free time to explore anywhere in Connaught place and even you can walk to your hotel back, while also having lunch on the way at any local restaurant.

Spend some time relaxing and then later proceed for Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, is one of the most prominent and largest Sikh temple "Gurudwara", or Sikh house of worship, in Delhi with a gold dome, still in active worship. as well as the holy river inside its complex, known as the "Sarovar." It was first built as a small shrine by Sikh General Sardar Baghel Singh in 1783

Thereafter proceed for then Humayun's Tomb is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun's in Delhi, India. The Tomb was commissioned by Humayun's first wife. Which was built in 1570, is of particular cultural significance as it was the first gardentomb on the Indian subcontinent. It inspired several major architectural innovations, culminating in the construction of the Taj Mahal. The authenticity of the Humayun's Tomb lies in the mausoleum, other structures and the garden retaining its original form and design, materials and setting.

Day 03: Discover Delhi

Today proceed for your sightseeing and visit the Qutab Minar, a fine example of Indo-Islamic architecture and a minaret that forms part of the Qutab complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Qutab Minar is around 73-metre (239.5 feet) tall tapering tower of five stories, with a 14.3 meters (47 feet) base diameter, reducing to 2.7 meters (9 feet) at the top of the peak. It contains a spiral staircase of 379 steps, the world's tallest brick minaret.

Then proceed for Lotus Temple, which is a notable architectural marvel famous for its unique flowerlike (Lotus) structure. The temple has won several awards and recognitions for its style of building, the concept of religion and the beauty. It is one of the most visited monuments in the world. This is a modern style non-religion oriented temple which is open to all, regardless of religion or any other qualification.

The Baha'i' House of Worship in Delhi was opened to public worship in December 1986. By late 2001, it had attracted more than 70 million visitors, making it one of the most visited buildings in the world, according to the government of India, it had received over 100 million visitors by April 2014.

Then drive back to the hotel for lunch and spend some time at leisure or else you can go to the National Museum, New Delhi, An Exhibition of Indian Art, consisting of selected artefacts from various museums of India was organized by the Royal Academy, London with the cooperation of Government of India and Britain.

Later in the evening proceed for the "Old Delhi Night Food Walk" Shahjahanabad, now known as Purani Dilli, was a city established by the Mughal emperor Shahjahan in 1648. It was considered a gem of the empire and continues to be the heart of the Capital as well the average middle class urban Delhi resident has acquired a global palate and is familiar with a range of cuisines from across the world. Yet, notwithstanding the profusion of European, Asian, American and Mediterranean food options, locals keep returning to Old Delhi aka Purani Dilli for their fill of soul-satisfying street food.

Authentic Old Delhi food is best enjoyed in its original setting, in the noisy labyrinthine by-lanes of Chawri Bazaar and Chowk, where golden Gurudwaras share space with historic mosques

The dishes one can savor in walk are large, thick and juicy jalebis,glistening with ghee; Aloo chaat crisp fried potato cutlets dunked in a melange of chutneys and smattered with onions and spices; varieties of stuffed paranthas potato, onion, cottage cheese, cauliflower, radish, dry fruits and even khoya. Today post breakfast check out and proceed on a leisurely drive to Jaipur - land of the Rajputs. Jaipur is known, as the 'Pink City', home to ancient forts and palaces.

Day 05: Discover Jaipur

Rise early this morning to visit Jaipur's famous Amber Fort. Enroute, take a guided walk through the flower market of Jaipur seeing the beautiful yellow and orange marigolds and other seasonal flowers being traded. In close vicinity is also the wholesale vegetable market where farmers bring fresh produce to begin the days trading. Walking through the markets brings you to a junction where you will find the interesting and unusual traders of Jaipur.

After a brief walk through the local trading markets, drive onwards to visit Amber Fort, built in the 16th century. The fort is a mesmerizing blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. The Amber Fort was used by the Rajputs for the dual purpose of defense and private residence. The fort encompasses charming gardens and magnificent palaces made from marble and precious stones, richly decorated with intricate stonemason works and paintings, which represented royal splendor and luxury of the Rajput era. [JEEP RIDE] To ascend up the fort, we will arrange Jeep!

Then visit to the Nahargarh Fort which is located along the Aravalli hills overlooking a beautiful lake and there is a food court and a restaurant at the top of the fort with an excellent view, Padao. The fort now also is home to the Jaipur wax museum and glass palace.

Thereafter take a photo stop at the iconic water palace Jal Mahal a palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city

This evening explore the many facets of Jaipur crafts such as semiprecious jewels, pottery, colorful embroidered fabrics with mirror work, woven carpets etc - watch artisans at work and enjoy souvenir shopping in this colorful city of Jaipur.

Day 06: Discover Jaipur

Today after breakfast proceed for Jaigarh Fort is situated on the promontory called the Cheel ka Teela (Hill of Eagles) of the Aravalli range; it overlooks the Amer Fort and the Maota Lake, near Amer in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The fort was built by Jai Singh II in 1726 to protect the Amer Fort and its palace complex and was named after him.

Then visit to the City Palace complex is spread over a large area occupying one seventh of the old city of Jaipur. It has a sequence of gardens, buildings and courtyards, temple and museum to give it a grand view that reflects its historical importance and magnificent royal grace. Its outer boundary was built by Raja Jai Singh and other structures by his successors to add charm to it. It also served as a residence for former Maharaja of Jaipur.

Then take a photo stop at the Hawa Mahal, Palace of the Winds, with its unique layer-cake honeycomb windows designed to enable erstwhile women of the royal court to observe passing life without being seen.

Day 07: Drive Jaipur to Sawai Madhopur [170 Kms / 04 Hrs Approximately]

Today after breakfast embark on a leisurely drive to towards Sawai Madhopur also know and famous as "Ranthambore National Park" situated 14 km away from Sawai Madhopur, & 180 km away from Jaipur, eastern district of Rajasthan in India. As a matter of fact, the sanctuary of Ranthambore forests was previously a private hunting ground of the Maharajas of Jaipur

Upon arrival there, you get check-in at the booked jungle resort. There is time to relax and enjoy the facilities of your resort, maybe take a dip in the pool for a break from the heat of the day or simply you can also explore the wild surroundings.

Day 11: Discover Agra

The central chamber contains the yellow marble tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah and his wife. This morning enjoy your breakfast at hotel, check-out and then proceed for Delhi, on arrival get transferred to airport to take the flight for Varanasi, the spiritual capital of India (also known as Kashi and Banaras). You will be met by our representative & transferred to the Hotel.

    This afternoon, visit Bharat Mata Temple, the only temple in India that is not dedicated to a God or Goddess. This unique temple is dedicated to Mother India, and features a unique relief map of India, carved out of marble, the largest of its kind in the world.

    Then proceed for Sarnath, the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Sarnath was a renowned school of learning from 6th century BC to 12th century AD.     Thereafter visit the world famous weaving village "Sarai Mohana" which is located 7 km towards east from district headquarters Varanasi and very well known for its silk weaving as most of the locals here are indulge in silk weaving, the Banarasi sarees made by these waivers are among the finest saris in India and are known for their gold and silver brocade or zari, fine silk and opulent embroidery and worn by Indian women on the occasions of festivals, in a marriage party.

    These saris are mostly used by Indian bride. The Varanasi saree is just one example of the unique collection of art and culture of the country, the people of Sarai Mohana are working hard on designing these sarees to keep its uniqueness and to get result, a sari can take from 15 days to a one month and sometimes up to six months to complete.

    This evening, experience a rickshaw ride to the ghats to enjoy The Grand 'Aarti'ceremony at Dasaswamedh Ghat, conducted every day at sunset by white-robed priests. Spiritually enlightening and fantastically photogenic, this evening Aarti ceremony is a spectacular show with young priests in traditional Indian clothes swaying in seemingly choreographed movements, worshiping the river goddess with incense, flowers and earthen lamps.

    Day 15: Varanasi to Khajuraho

    Enjoy the morning at leisure at your hotel in Varanasi to explore the city locally or else you can visit the Ramnagar Fort is a fortification in Ramnagar, Varanasi, India. It is located near the Ganga River on its eastern bank, opposite to the Tulsi Ghat. The sandstone structure was built in the Mughal style in 1750 by Kashi Naresh Raja Balwant Singh.

    Day 16: Khajuraho; Drive Panna National Park

    Enjoy the morning at leisure at your hotel and then visit the enchanting temples of Khajuraho, which is a UNESCO world heritage site in central India, famous for its erotic sculptures that draw their inspiration from the ancient art of Kama sutra. Khajuraho Temples were built by the Chandela kings between 950 AD and 1050 AD.

    Panna National Park spread over 543 sq. km. was carved out of the hunting reserves of the erstwhile Panna, Chattarpur and Bijawar states. Panna was accorded sanctuary status in 1975 and in 1994 it became India's 22nd Tiger Reserve. Panna is situated at the junction of the Gangetic plains and the Deccan peninsula. The panna hills provide the catchment area for the Ken River, which is the life line of the park. It is predominantly an open forest, offering great opportunity to see the tiger and other mammals. It also supports closed canopy forests, open forest with short grass and undercover, open Savannah woodlands which reflect sub Saharan habitats, tall grasslands and degraded scrub.

    Panna National Park is the most important protected area in the north-central highlands of India, as it links the eastern and western populations of wild animals through the Vindhyan ranges. The Park, is endowed with deep ravines, cascading waterfalls and thick teak forests, with many plateaus, and sprawling flatlands punctuated by hills, deep valleys and gorges. The terrain is largely rocky and uneven. It encompasses mixed dry deciduous forests with short grasses and open woods. Lower altitudes are characterized by taller grasses and closed woodlands. Common bamboo also occurs on hilly slopes and gorges.

    Home to the majestic tiger, guests also have a good chance to see leopard, wolf, hyena, jackal and sloth bear. The reserve is also well known for sightings of nilgai, sambar, chital, wild boar and Indian crocodile

    Day 19: Panna National Park to Bandhavgarh National Park

    This morning after jungle safari, have lunch - check out and proceed for Bandhavgarh National Park which is around 240 kms away from your resort and will take 05 hrs to 06 hrs approximately set amongst the Vindhya mountain range, It's a small national park, but with the highest known density of tiger population in India. This is also known as White Tiger territory.

    On arrival, check into your Lodge, which is nestled between Sal forested hills of Bandhavgarh National Park in a large natural forested estate of 14 hectares in a small tribal village. This is one of India's most beautiful national parks. The dramatic landscape features tropical forests and woodlands, and steep rocky hills with flat grasslands in the valleys below. An ancient 2 000-year-old fort, 10th century statue of Lord Vishnu, and the dense Sal jungle combined with the grasslands make Bandhavgarh one of the most extraordinary parks in India.

    Bandhavgarh supports one of the highest densities of tigers on the Subcontinent. Its hilly open terrain includes many large grassland meadows that offer good chances of sightings.     Day 23: Bandhavgarh National Park to Kanha Tiger Reserve

    This morning after jungle safari, have lunch - check out and proceed for Kanha tiger reserve which is around 280 kms away from your resort and will take 06 hrs. approximately Kanha Tiger Reserve's spectacular Sal and Bamboo forest, rolling grasslands and meandering streams stretch over 1945 sq. km. in the heart of central highlands. This is the original Kipling country so fondly written about in the Jungle Book. The park is the only home to the rare Hard Ground Barasingha found in its large grasslands. Kanha is also home to Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear, Deer, Ungulates, and Lesser Cats and close to 300 bird species.

    On arrival, check into your Lodge, which is spread in a forested area of 16 acres adjoining the buffer zone of Kanha in a small tribal hamlet. The lodge architecture has been inspired by the Gond tribal villages situated on the fringes of Kanha. The lodge has been built with high standards towards eco sensitivity, local village cooperation and a great wilderness experience. As a conscious decision the lodge is situated remotely, away from the tourism hub, yet close enough for an easy access to the park.

    Early in the morning post some tea/coffee and biscuits, proceed for the morning safari to the reserve, Kanha's sal and bamboo forests, rolling grasslands and meandering streams stretch over 940 sq km in dramatic natural splendor, which form the core of the reserve. Created in 1974 under Project Tiger, the park is one of the few habitats of the rare hardground Barasingha (Cervus Duvaceli Branderi)

    This is the original Kipling country of which Rudyard wrote so vividly in his Jungle Book. Packed breakfast from the Lodge is served at a designated spot and spread on the bonnet of the Safari vehicle. Enjoy your breakfast in the wilderness of Kanha.     Continue your search for the elusive Tiger if you have not yet seen the same, and soak in the fresh energizing environment. Return from Safari around 1130 hrs. Freshen up, while Lunch is prepared.

    Post Lunch, depart for the afternoon jeep safari in Kanha Tiger Reserve. Return at 6pm from safari. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

    Day 26: Kanha to Jabalpur & Jabalpur to Delhi

    This morning jungle safari in the tiger reserve and after lunch - check out and later in time proceed towards Jabalpur Airport to board a flight for Delhi.

    Jabalpur airport will be around 140 kms, and it will take around 03 Hrs from your resort.

    Day 27: Departure Delhi, India

    This day marks your end towards your beautiful expedition in India. Morning free for leisure activities and later transfer to international airport to board a flight back home.
